November 2018:
Plata Villa residential development of 23 apartments including the refurbishment of the former schoolhouse period property - winner of the Gibraltar Heritage Trust Heritage Awards 2018.

Founding director John O'Reilly is a chartered architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and a fully qualified architectural technologist - Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI). John has also studied interior design and project management and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI)
